Cultures available in 5 UC / 10 UC / 50 UC sachets.

Yoghurt contains live cultures. Yoghurt cultures are direct inoculation into your milk.

For a creamy and smooth texture add a yoghurt stabilizer or skimmed milk powder.

Fruit pulp or fruit syrup added for a flavoured yoghurt.

Fruit pulp and fruit syrups available in  25 kg bags.  Dosage for fruit pulp, between 10 - 12%  and syrups between 8 - 10 % of your batch. This is an average percentage of dosages

Flavour compounds also available.
