ASIAGO CHEESE RECIPE

Asiago is a semi-hard cow's milk cheese, originated in Italy.

Depending on how long this versatile cheese is aged, it has a flavour reminiscent to Parmesan, but a bit nuttier and creamier.

SACCO LYOFAST LR 4 PD  [protective culture]

Cultures available in 10 UC  sachets, inoculating 1 000 L of milk  and 50 UC sachets, inoculating 5 000 L of milk
