Probiotic cultures for yoghurt, they are cultures that have been shown to provide specific health benefits supporting gut health and contributing to the maintenance of a balanced gut microbiota, important for the proper functioning of the digestive system and the entire body.

Cultures available in  1 UC / 5 UC /10 UC / 50 UC sachets

10 UC is enough to inoculate 1 000 L of milk.

Store cultures in the freezer, no need to dissolve cultures before adding to the milk. Cultures are direct inoculation. stir gently to disperse into the milk.

Allergens: Cow's milk

Shelf life of cultures 24 months from date of manufacturing, also refer to the specification of cultures.

Cultures are Halaal & Kosher certified
