SACCO LYOFAST LR 4 PD
SACCO LYOFAST BGP 9 

Lyofast LR 4PD - protective culture against unwanted yeast & mould growth - this culture is added in conjunction with your yoghurt or maas culture.  Can also be used in cheese but not to be used in manufacture of blue or white spore cheeses like brie, camembert, roquefort etc.

Lyofast BGP 1 - protective culture specifically for preventing blowing issues in semi hard and pasta filata style cheeses - has a secondary benefit of improved flavour.

SACCO LYOFAST LRB

LRB - protective culture for raw milk - needs to be added as soon as possible to raw milk after cows have been milked. It inhibits the growth psychotrophic  bacteria, therby protecting the proteiens in the milk, resulting in a better quality fermented product. For LRB to be effective, the raw milk must stand for at least 12 hours before production.

Cultures are available in 1 UC, 5 UC, 10U & 50 UC.

Shelf life: 24 months from date from manufacturing, stored correctly

Allergens: Cow's Milk

All cultures must be stored in  the freezer at all times.
