4Protection range, which is constituted by food cultures with protective effects, helping to both control and preserve the final product from alteration, fighting in a completely natural way any undesirable microorganisms. 4Protection line is compatible and complementary to all Sacco’s starter cultures; they are used by direct inoculation or surface treatment. 

Lyofast CPR 4P1 exerts inhibitory effects against unwanted microorganisms, like Listeria monocytogenes and generally Listeria spp., as well as yeasts and moulds.

Suitable for cheese and yoghurt.
