DO I NEED HEAT FOR THE EMULGREN DMG 95?
The emusifier
needs heat, important that the grinder or mixing tank where the paste goes in
to, is set at least 5 - 10 degrees higher than the melting point of the
emulsifier. Melting point of the EMULGREN DMG 95 is between 60 - 70⁰C, the grinder should be at 65 - 75⁰C.
Very important is
to make sure the EMULGREN DMG 95 is properly dispersed throughout the
peanuts. |
