HOW DO I PREPARE THE FROZEN YOGHURT POWDER?
Gradually whisk 1.3 kg Frosen Yoghurt powder with 3.7 litres of water until the powder is completely dispersed. Allow to stand for 2 hours in a refrigerator and then whisk vigorously before pouring into the ice cream freezer.
