WHY HAVE I GOT COLIFORM AND E.COLI IN MY FETA CHEESE

Milkstone on Feta containers used for drainage can be a huge concern in factories. As soon as any glimpse of this becomes apparent all containers need to be cleaned and descaled immediately as there will be a buildup of unwanted bacteria inside these containers.

Milk not pasteurised sufficiently can also be another huge concern.

Staff not washing hands sufficiently as well and staff should have a washing station at every entrance and at least sterilising containers every few meters for their hands.

Anybody suffering from stomach issues cannot work with the cheese and needs to be used in dry parking areas or only cleaning areas.
