WHAT IS THE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY TO MANUFACTURE THE DAIRY BLEND?

The instructions are included in the "bag-in-a-box" and easy to follow.
Each ingredient is marked from component A to component E - follow the instructions.
Please note the stabalizer contains CMC - which needs to be mixed with the other dry ingredients as indicated, add that mixture to the water pahse and mix untill totally dissolved - medium to high agitation to avoid "fisheyes" in the finished product.
