10 UC is enough for 1 000 L of milk
20 UC is enough for 2 000 L of milk
50 UC is enough for 5 000 L of milk
100 UC is enough for 10 000 L of milk
SACCO cultures are direct inoculation. No need to dissolve the cultures, add directly to your milk mixture at the correct temperature.
Equal amounts of MOS, LH 13 and LR 4PD culture is added to the milk mixture
