RECIPE FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF FRUIT SYRUPS

Dynamiko sells the ingredients - Afristab DD 25, NE001, FHS1500, Potassium Sorbate, Natamycin, Flavour compounds, aritificial sweetener (NNSB001) and citric acid.
The viscosity of the syrup is adjusted according to your clients needs - this is done by adding more or less NE001 and FHS1500 stabiliser.
Very important to hot fill the product as much as possible and to turn the containers over during filling so that the heat is also applied to the lid of the container.
If using flavour and colour separately is going to be too difficult then purchase a flavour compound from Dynamiko that has both of these components in and use dosages between 0.1 and 0.3 %.
