Add fruit pulp or syrup or flavour compounds for a flavoured option. Small scale options available.
For a thicker yoghurt, strain the yoghurt using a disposable cheese cloth. These cheese cloths can be used more than once. Rinse properly and make sure no soap residue stays behind.
