♣ NATAMYCIN
♣ POTASSIUM SORBATE
♣ pH STRIPS
♣ THERMOMETER

Cultures available in 5 UC | 10 UC | 50 UC sachets
Ifatech DD 25 available in 25 kg bags
Natamycin in 100 gr | 500 gr tubs
Potassium Sorbate available in 5 kg and 25 kg bags
Visco SE 8 - 12 available in 25  liter drum

Cultures are kept in die freezer, direct inoculation into your milk mixture at the correct temperature
