How It Works
Potassium Sorbate functions primarily as a yeast and mould inhibitor. In products such as wines with residual sugar, it prevents further fermentation by inhibiting yeast cell multiplication, rather than killing the yeast itself. This makes it an ideal choice for shelf-life stability and product consistency.

Storage & Shelf-life
• Store between 5 – 35 ºC in a dry, well-ventilated area away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Store separately from oxidising agents, highly acidic, and alkaline materials.
• 2 year shelf-life from date of production, if stored as recommended.
