ADDING OF DRY INGREDIENTS TO ANY PRODUCT

With the addition of dry ingredients to any product, always following these guidelines:

Always add all the dry ingredients e.g. sugar, stabilizer together.  Blend well to ensure an even distribution of all the dry ingredients.

Mix the dry ingredients in a small quantity of liquid, and mix on a high speed.

Add the liquid mixture slowly into your batch, mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are dissolved.
