WHY LYOFAST CPR 4P1?
* Protective Culture: Helps inhibit unwanted microorganisms, including Listeria spp., yeasts, moulds and Gram-negative bacteria.
* Designed for Dairy Applications: Suitable for fresh, soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses, as well as short-set and long-set yoghurt.
* Natural Bioprotection Approach: Forms part of Sacco's 4Protection range of food cultures with protective effects. The range is designed to complement starter cultures and can be applied by direct inoculation or surface treatment.
APPLICATION OPTIONS
* Direct inoculation: Add the complete culture directly to the process substrate under aseptic conditions and gently stir to disperse.
* Surface treatment: The culture can also be prepared in chlorine-free saline solution and sprayed onto the cheese surface under aseptic conditions.
