ITALIAN CHEESE CULTURES - LYOFAST SH & ST REGINA STARTER CULTURES

Dynamiko Food Ingredients is pleased to introduce the SACCO Lyofast SH culture range for manufacturers producing Mozzarella, Pasta Filata and Pizza Cheese. The newly introduced cultures include:

  • Lyofast SH 092 F (recommended rotation: Lyofast SH 096 F)

  • Lyofast SH 093 E (recommended rotation: Lyofast SH 095 E)

These direct-vat starter cultures are specifically intended for the production of Mozzarella, Pasta Filata and Pizza Cheese, helping manufacturers achieve reliable and consistent results batch after batch.

For manufacturers already using the Lyofast ST Regina culture range, these cultures remain an excellent choice for Italian-style cheese production.
