DYNAMIKO ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING ICE CREAM OPTIONS:

* HIGH PROTEIN.
MIXING RATIO: 1.5 KG POWDER TO 3.5-4.0 L WATER.
METHOD: GRADUALLY WHISK THE REQURED AMOUNT OF POWDER WITH WATER UNTIL POWDER IS COMPELTELY DISPERSED. ALLOW TO STAND FOR 2 HOURS IN A REFRIGERATOR. MIX 9-18 G OF FLAVOUR COMPOUND (SUGAR FREE) WITH ±100 ML BOILED, COOLED WATER. ADD TO MIX AND WHISK VIGOROUSLY. POUR INTO AN ICE CREAM MACHINE. YEILDS ±5 - 5.5 L LIQUID / FROZEN ±8 L (DEPENING ON OVERRUN % SETTING ON MACHINE).
IF A CREAMER PRODUCT IS DESIRED, REPLACE 50% OF THE WATER WITH FULL CREAM MILK. IF A PREMIUM PRODUCT IS DESIRED, REPLACE 100% OF WATER WITH FULL CREAM MILK.

SHELF LIFE: 18 MONHTHS FROM DATE OF MANUFACTURING.
STORED: IN A COOL, DRY PLACE (BELOW 30 °C) AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT & ANY OTHER ODOROUS PRODUCTS. ONCE OPENED, RESEAL CONTAINER SECURELY.
