STEP 1: Add 3.5 kg (L) good quality water in mixing bowl.

STEP 2: Add 1.5 kg ice cream powder to the water while continuously mixing.

STEP 3: Mix until completely dissolved.

STEP 4: Age for 2 hours in a refrigerator.

STEP 5: Whisk again throughout.

STEP 6: Freeze through ice cream machine.
