Cultures are available in 5 D (1 250 L) | 15 D (3 750 L)
Liquid rennet available in  5 L | 20 L drums
Annatto available in 1 L | 5 L | 25 L containers
Natamycin available in 100 gr | 500 gr tubs
Calcium Chloride available in 5 kg | 25 kg bags


Cultures can be inoculated directly, no need to dissolve cultures. Add directly into milk at the correct temperature.

Always store cultures in the freezer, use directly from the freezer.
