Dynamiko Dairy Blends are available in various flavours.
Sold as easy-to-use batch packs in 500 L batches - the box contains 5 components needed for manufacturing. Customer needs to additionally purchase instant condensed milk powder to add to the blend - this contributes to the total solids, sweetness and creamy flavour profile.
Components are mixed in a specific order, a high shear blender is needed to ensure all powders are mixed in properly, that no lumps are formed.
Keep finished product in the refrigerator.
