SACCO LYOFAST LH 13

LH 13 is used in conjunction with a cheese culture. Enhancing flavour due to high proteinase and peptidase activity. 

Pack size:  LH 13 is available in 5 UC, 10 UC, 20 UC, 50 UC, 100 UC

Storage: Store in freezer

Shelf life: 18 months from date of manufacture, and stored under correct conditions

SACCO cultures are generally Kosher and Halaal certified.
