This culture produces EPS and has no post-acidification.

Ideal for a wide range of yoghurt applications, these cultures support the production of drinkable, set, and stirred yoghurt, while delivering the flavour profile consumers know and love.

Short-Set Yoghurt: 2,0 – 4,0 UC per 100 L Milk
Long-Set Yoghurt: 0,5 – 1,0 UC per 100 L Milk
