Brie is a soft cheese named after Brie, the French region from which it originated.
Brie is pale in colour with a slight greyish tinge under a rind of white mould.
Starter cultures used for the manufacturing of Brie cheese are available in 10 D sachets, enough to inoculate 1 000 L of milk. A variety of white spore cultures are also available.
