SOFT CHEESE

SOFT CHEESE

Soft cheeses are characterised by a high water content (between 45% and 70%) and therefore by a very moist texture that gives them their softness. These cheeses generally undergo limited ageing (sometimes just a few days).

Sacco System produces and distributes a wide range of cultures and solutions for production of soft cheeses, particularly for crescenza, primo sale, squacquerone, stracchino, robiola, taleggio, Camembert, quartirolo, Gorgonzola, caciotta and many more.

Sacco System ingredients are designed to improve milk and dairy production and guarantee high-quality products, supporting a simple process flow and reliable and constant production.
